Your mission
We are looking for someone to join our Technology Transfer Department.
What will your day-to-day look like?
Build strong relationships with industry and knowledge-generating entities.
Carry out activities related to the identification, assessment, valuation, and definition of transfer plans for AIMPLAS research results that have potential for market application.
Identify and record challenges, demands, offerings, solutions, and opportunities, along with the main stakeholders behind them.
Promote and drive transfer projects based on the key elements identified.
Raise awareness among research staff about the importance of technology transfer.

Experience:
Managing technology transfer in the field of innovation within public or private entities.
Coordinating and managing technology transfer activities between knowledge-generating organizations and companies.
Identifying and assessing research results. Evaluating the commercial potential of inventions and developing protection and exploitation strategies.
Entrepreneurship.
Other requirements:
Proven high level of English (spoken and written) and fluent Spanish.
Advanced negotiation skills.
Commercial and business development skills.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
- B1 driving license.
